After Booking a Reservation -- On the confirmation screen you'll see a button to Create an Account

CANCELLATION POLICY
No "Hoarding" of Reservations - It is against policy to use a strategy of booking multiple reservations with the "plan" to cancel the ones you eventually don't want.

Cancel 24+ Hrs in Advance -- "TBPB Credit" Issued
Cancellations within 24 Hrs -- No Refund

** We do understand that very rarely there are extenuating circumstances - if that is the case, please send us a message and we will be glad to help.

FINDING A REPLACEMENT PLAYER
If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please post a message in our Replacement Player Facebook Group or send us a message so we can try to find a replacement player for you. If you simply don't show up -- it affects the quality of play for everyone else.
